Long before Adtrak existed, he spent more than a decade immersed in design and print. It gave him something many creatives never develop… a practical understanding of how design actually lives in the real world. On packaging. On signage. On websites. On the things businesses rely on every day.
But the bigger lesson came from somewhere else entirely.
As the oldest of twelve siblings, Yossi learned early how to navigate chaos, personalities, and constant motion without losing focus. That instinct now shapes the way he leads Adtrak today.
